New Offering! the Ripple Effect Reset

Announcement! As you may have heard, we have a new program just in time for season change. Have you been feeling like adding to your health goals? And you’ve been looking for inspiration or to deepen your knowledge on health and wellness? Join us for the Ripple Effect Reset which we’ve put together with you specifically in mind. 

We will look at nutrition, holistic lifestyle practices, dietary approaches and wellbeing topics. An elevated program to guide you to reset your mind, body and spirit. The program will assist in building habits, tools and skills for vibrant energy and empowerment to hit your goals. This four week program will combine fresh knowledge with ACTION, so you come away with tangible improvements in your day to day life. 

Spring is here and soon – yes, soon! – Summer will be too. After the long winter, let’s get you ready for season transitions. By meeting once a week for the month of May, we will stay consistent and motivated.

A combination of in-person 4 educational sessions with group activities, light homework and lots of supportive fun make up the basis of your commitment.

DATES:

Free 30 minute informational meeting Wednesday, April 26, 7pm @ Ripple Effect & on Zoom

– Program begins Wednesday, May 3 at 7pm @ Ripple Effect

– We meet on four Wednesdays in May. 5/3, 5/10, 5/17, and 5/24. All meetings are 7pm-8:30pm.

*For the first session – May 3rd – plan to arrive at 6:45 to get settled in

Seasonal Cooking & Recipes

Week 4: 

Goal Setting & Seasonal Alignment Notes for June

Program Reflections + Closing Q&A

WHAT TO BRING:

Journal or notebook with pen/pencil

Water bottle

Yoga/fitness mat or any cushions if you prefer to sit on the floor/move around (we will have folding chairs available also)

An open mind and teachable spirit!!
