Fit For Life: Fitness for 50+

It’s never too late to take control of your health and fitness!

Do you feel winded trying to walk up the stairs?
Do you feel like you’re becoming less stable on your feet?

We are here to help!

On Monday, September 13th we’re starting our new Fit for Life beginner’s program for folks over the age of 50! Participants will have the option to do the program individually with a coach, or in small group classes. The group classes will meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 3:00pm. Folks who choose the Individual program can schedule their sessions with their coach to meet their own schedule.

At the end of the 8-week program, participants will have the option to continue to a monthly membership at Ripple Effect.

The workouts are designed to build functional strength through your whole body, to help you tackle whatever life throws at you with confidence. We’ll also focus on developing better balance and stability, to keep you on your feet and ready for anything.

Meet Coach Kathie!

Coach Kathie is the head coach for the Fit for Life program. Kathie found fitness later in life and is enthusiastic about helping others tap into their abilities and reach their goals. She is launching the Fit for Life program to help as many folks in her generation + beyond keep their quality of life as high as possible!
