You can love your body and want to change it at the same time.
Meditate with that idea for a moment, really breathe into it. Think of something (or more than one thing) that you absolutely find inspirational within yourself. Feel that feeling for a moment. Allow yourself to really sink into the fact that you are amazing as is… no matter where you are in your health and wellness journey. You are your best support. Coaches and community are here to support and hold accountability but at the end of the day… embrace yourself!
